In February 2021, Microsoft will begin transitioning all electronic signature processing from DocuSign to Adobe Sign for VL partners.
You should expect a smooth transition. Upon migration, you will receive an email from email@example.com, instead of DocuSign, whenever your electronic signature is required. This email will provide you with a link to the Adobe Sign web page where you will need to sign. Microsoft partners will not have to re-sign existing agreements, only future Channel Agreements.
For the best experience, make sure to do the following:
1. Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list to avoid emails from this account going directly into your junk email folder.

Adobe Sign is Microsoft’s preferred Electronic Signature Solution (ESS). The transition to Adobe Sign will ensure a secure and efficient electronic signature experience that will deliver greater value to our customers and partners.
